The animation team added a fun atmosphere with island dance shows, making it more engaging. The staff kept our room clean and added cute decorations. the next room's bathroom cleanliness was below standard, with a disgusting bathtub and a working fridge that was in no shape for use. Some furniture showed signs of wear and tear, like the bottom of doors needing updates. Wi-Fi was inconsistent, hardly reaching our room. The pool area lacked a laid-back environment, with loud music that disrupted relaxation. The gym equipment felt outdated and barely usable. Would recommend for those looking for vibrant holiday vibes, but potential guests should manage their expectations regarding facilities.
